DESCRIPTION

Villa Artemare is an exclusive seafront villa with private pool, just a few kilometers from the historic center of Ortigia. Located on the Maddalena Peninsula, on one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline in Eastern Sicily, the villa offers a breathtaking view of the Bay of Syracuse. This recently built modern villa captivates with its elegant and spacious interiors, furnished with authentic designer pieces. Fine furniture in subtle colors and high quality interior have been combined with colorful pieces of art, giving the villa a noble and harmonious ambience.
The villa can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms on 2 floors. It features a living area with living room, dining room, kitchen, working area and four double bedrooms each with private bathrooms. On the first floor next to the living room is the music room with a grand piano where pianists can pursue their passion.
In the garden of the villa there is a pool with a depth of 1 m for refreshment and relaxation. A bench with a table is embedded in the ground next to the pool. Here, you can your drink right by the pool, chill, play or just enjoy the view and the magnificent sea view. The villa also has direct access to the cliffs and the sea.
From Villa Artemare the fascinating baroque towns of Val di Noto and the nature reserves of Vendicari, Pantalica and Cassibile, as well as Taormina and Etna Park are within easy reach by car.
