DESCRIPTION

This exclusive sea-front villa with private pool is situated in Fontane Bianche, a popular seaside resort, 20 km south of Syracuse. The villa enjoys a lovely location: it sits just a few hundred metres from one of the best sandy beaches on Sicily’s east coast and overlooks the sea and the rocky shoreline where the direct access leads. Stylishly decorated, it provides the perfect setting for a large family holiday or group of friends. On the ground floor are the living room with a fireplace, the dining area, the fully equipped kitchen, the study with a small library, two bedroom and three bathrooms. The first floor features four cosy bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Anyone seeking relaxation can spend happy hours in the well-tended garden, on the spacious terraces with sea views, or in the generous swimming pool with sun terrace. Anyone seeking variety can enjoy many different excursions. There is plenty to see and do in the area: whether you are visiting one of the charming nearby baroque towns - such as Syracuse, Noto, Modica, Ragusa-Ibla - or Catania and Taormina, exploring the nature reserve of Cavagrande del Cassibile, Vendicari and the beach of Calamosche, diving and snorkelling in the Plemmirio marine protected area, or visiting the Etna Park or the island of Capo Passero.
