DESCRIPTION

Before its renovation, Villa Tranquil estate had five stone houses and a fertile field, a vineyard, and an olive grove. The area where Villa Tranquil is located is called Vrbanjske Rudine, where farmers from the nearby Vrbanj labor on their land.

Villa Tranquil is self-sustainable, ecologically an acceptable house where all the technical standards of today will be fulfilled. It is situated between Stari Grad and Vrboska, near the villages of Basina and Mudri Dolac. The villa is placed in untouched beautiful nature within UNESCO Old Town Field called Ager, just 850m away from the sea (quiet beautiful bay Oskorusica) . The estate borders the UNESCO-protected Stari Grad Plain and offers visitors the luxury of total peace and tranquility, beautiful smell of the nature on one hand and civilisation a few minutes drive away, which makes it one of the unique properties in Island Hvar. The island Hvar is at the centre of Adriatic sailing routes and famous for its large fertile coastal plain, fresh water springs, pine forests, vineyards and olive groves.

The property of Villa Tranquil extends over an area of 8500 square meters of garden where you can find various Mediterranean herbs, fruit and vegetables which are also offered generously to guests.
The property accommodates 8 people in the central house and 2 people in the 3-house block in the garden. Accommodation can be raised unto 12 people with additional beds in bedrooms.
