Secret Garden House

The "Secret Garden House" is located in the southwest of the Cycladic island of Paros.
The house overlooks one of the most sought-after beaches on the island, Farangas beach. "Secret Garden House" was built under very restrictive building regulations in a nature reserve. It is fully integrated into the relief and topography of the area, making it almost invisible. The house is bioclimatic, ecologically designed with a planted roof that gives the unique feeling of blurring the boundaries of the house with the boundaries of the garden. When you open the doors of the house, you are immediately in tune with nature. So you experience a unique feeling of relaxed serenity.
Secret Garden consists of a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two small double bedrooms sharing a bathroom and toilet, and a living area with open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting areas connected by open-air day beds and a dining table for 6. To the rear is an additional double bedroom with bathroom, which has no sea view.
On the upper level there is a bioclimatic pergola with electronically adjustable open roof for stargazing (if open). Here there is a large barbecue and coffee bar, a large stone table and a huge sofa.
The swimming pool and sunbathing area are on the same level and offer spectacular 180-degree views of the sunset, the sea and the nearby islands of Ios, Iraklea and Antiparos.
The house is situated on a 5000 square metre plot of land, of which 2000 square metres are grassed and planted, while the other 3000 square metres are a protected forest with trees, bushes and shrubs of local fauna.
The house is 800 metres away from a small secluded bay consisting of white flat rocks and turquoise waters.
The nearest village is Aliki, where you will find supermarkets and tavernas right on the waterfront. Here you also have the possibility to take small boat trips or rent e-bikes to get to know the beautiful bathing bays in the south of Paros.
