DESCRIPTION
This loft apartment is located in a prime location in Camps Bay overlooking palm trees and the sea. The flat is located in the top level of an apartment building. The owner, an Italian architect and interior designer, commutes between her homes in Cape Town and Rome. She made sure that every detail of the renovation was thought through to the smallest detail and that the workmanship was perfect. The modern furniture is of the highest quality and the warm colors of the interior create a harmonious and dignified living ambience. The spacious and open living area consists of the living room, which has a room-high shelf with a huge flat screen Apple TV and Sonos surround sound system. The living area is followed by the spacious dining area and the modern kitchen, which is equipped with quality appliances from Miele. The loft has four bedrooms, each with shower/WC ensuite. One of them has direct access to the pool deck and sea views. The other bedrooms overlook a garden, a nature reserve and the beautiful Twelfe Apostles mountain range. The bathrooms all have a large shower and two also have a bidet. The entire apartment is fully air conditioned and in the bedrooms and bathrooms is a floor heating installed.
From the underground car park of the house with 2 parking spaces for the apartment, a lift leads directly upstairs. Daily cooking and room service is included in the price. On request and at an additional charge, the maid takes care of individual service such as groceries, personal laundry, ironing and babysitting. Camps Bay has a variety of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance due to its central location.
