Villa Colonnina ist located within some 15 minutes walk of Capri's famous central square “Piazzetta”. Perched high on a cliff in the East of the island this property enjoys fabulous sea views and beautiful, rich Mediterranean vegetation including agaves, lemon, fig and olive trees. This very spacious villa offers total privacy in quiet surroundings. Being a former residence of Sorrento farmers this estate dates back to the end of the 18th century. The property was lovingly renovated to modern standards, yet maintaining its typical Capri architecture elements like hand-painted majolica floor tiles, high ceilings and arches. Big windows make maximum use of the light and offer beautiful views over the landscape and the sea. One of the highlights of the villa is its own pool, which is a less common feature on Capri. It is surrounded with a furnished terrace with a stunning view over the mount Vesuvius and the sea. A large patio is equipped with an outdoor kitchen. Moreover there is a bath with two separate dressing rooms. Numerous outdoor spaces including the roof terrace invite for al-fresco dining while admiring the views of the Gulf of Naples and the Amalfi Coast. Each of five bedrooms is air-conditioned and equipped with TV and bath en-suite. The villa boasts a sauna and an outdoor jacuzzi for six persons. Besides a ping-pong table and tabletop football are at guests' disposal.
