Can Joshua

Finca Can Joshua, built of natural stone, is located on the south-east coast of Mallorca, surrounded by a 150,000 sqm plot in a nature reserve, and offers a wonderful wide panoramic view to the Tramuntana Mountains and the coast. Finca Can Joshua has been tastefully furnished in Mallorcan style. It is the ideal vacation home for those who want to combine stylish comfort with undisturbed relaxation. The well-maintained garden is terraced with shade trees, an orange and lemon grove, furnished terraces with dining for 12 people and seating areas, a sheltered courtyard with dining area and a pool with water overflow. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, two spacious first floor lounges, a separate dining area and six bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom also has a spacious dressing room. Three bedrooms have mosquito nets over the beds, and all rooms are equipped with fans. The sixth bedroom is located in a separate building of about 70 square meters, which you can reach from the garden. In an adjacent building at the parking lot you can work out in an air-conditioned gym. The price of the finca includes 4 hours of service daily, additional hours can be arranged extra. The domestic staff of the finca live in a separate small house. Finca Can Joshua is located between Alqueria Blanca and Santanyi, the nearest shopping and restaurants are five minutes by car; the golf course Val d'Or is about 15 minutes away.
