Villa Olive View

This elegant country villa is located at the end of a quiet residential street in the village of Vabriga. The villa was completed in autumn 2023 and offers every conceivable modern comfort. The high-quality furnishings with real wood floors, Italian tiles and luxury beds with special health mattresses and fine bed linen create a cosy ambience. The kitchen is equipped with every convenience, making it fun to prepare a delicious dinner after shopping in the neighbouring farm shops. French doors open from all rooms on the ground floor onto the pool terrace with a large garden. Here there is a lawn for playing and an infinity pool with views of the neighbouring olive grove and the sea. On the barbecue terrace one level higher, you can enjoy dinner at the large table with a fantastic sunset. Parents with small children will find everything they need from a cot with matching bed linen, high chair and a small selection of toys. The sea with its pebble and sandy beach can be reached on foot in approx. 15 minutes. Small shops for daily shopping are within easy walking distance in the village. There are numerous excellent restaurants, wine cellars and olive growers as well as many sights and other attractions in the surrounding area.
