Its magnificent direct seafront location in a wind-protected bay with its own rocky beach near Rogoznica in Dalmatia makes it a very special vacation home. Villa Valiosa belongs to a villa ensemble consisting of 3 detached luxury villas, all with private infinity pool. Guests can access the rocky beach directly from the garden of the villas.
Villa Valiosa is the left one of the three villas when looking at the sea.

The spacious and open main living area with comfortable lounge/sofa/TV corner, large dining table and perfectly equipped open plan Premium Siematic kitchen is located on the ground floor. 1 bedroom with shower/WC is accessible with no barriers. An open staircase leads up to the upper floor with 4 more bedrooms with sea views, balcony and en-suite bathrooms. Guests will also find a sauna and fitness room.
In the garden there are several terrace areas with sun loungers, lounge corner, dining table, barbecue and outdoor fireplace.
