Natural materials have been emphasized to ensure that the property blends harmoniously with its rural surroundings. Villa Lorzata is furnished to a high standard and equipped with all modern amenities. It can accommodate up to 10 people in 5 stylish bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
Villa Lorzata is built on two levels. On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms, a bright living area with living and dining room and a well equipped semi-open kitchen. Two of the bedrooms have a door leading out to a private veranda.
The first floor is an independent unit and accessible from the outside via a staircase and terrace. Here there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and another living/dining area with kitchenette, as well as two furnished terraces offering views over the countryside and the sea in the distance. In addition, there is a newly built annex for 2 people featuring a double bedroom and a bathroom.
