DESCRIPTION

Cascina San Marcello is located in the Marche region very close to the village of San Marcello with magnificent views over the beautiful hilly landscape all the way to the sea in the distance. The former farmhouse has recently been completely renovated and transformed into a stylish vacation home that blends harmoniously with its surroundings. Terracotta-colored stone floors, wood-beamed ceilings, white walls and natural stone walls combined with an interior design in noble country style emphasize the stylish-rustic ambience of the villa. The villa is surrounded by a well-kept garden and, in addition to a wind-protected courtyard, has several furnished terraces with dining table, lounge furniture, small bistro table and deck chairs.
Cascina San Marcello is built on 2 floors. The ground floor features an open plan room layout with living area with sofas and fireplace, dining area and the fully equipped kitchen with comfortable benches and rustic kitchen dining table. A staircase leads upstairs to a spacious anteroom that serves as a TV room and work area with flat-screen TV, lounge sofas and desk. The two spacious double bedrooms and the children's room can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children. In addition, the double rooms each have a pull-out sofa that can accommodate up to 2 additional children in the parents' bedroom.
The nearest restaurant and shopping facilities can be found in San Marcello, 3 km away.
