DESCRIPTION

This attractive hillside villa is located in a prestigious area of Gassin. It has a magnificent view over the sea and the entire bay of St. Tropez.
Villa Gassin is at the end of a cul-de-sac overlooking the rest of the domaine. It is surrounded by a lush garden full of citrus trees, palm trees, cypresses and Mediterranean shrubs and flowers. In the garden there are several terrace areas as well as a gazebo, allowing each guest to have some retreat and privacy.
The villa in Mediterranean country style impresses with its generous room layout and its large windows facing the sea. It offers enough space for up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms. On the entrance level there are 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. A staircase leads up to the upper floor, the main living level. In addition to the living/dining area and kitchen, there are 3 more bedrooms here. The living area opens onto the covered terrace with sea views. On the other side, the living area leads out to the garden and pool area with sun loungers, dining table and barbecue.
The center of St. Tropez, golf course and beaches can be reached in a few minutes by car.
