Villa Puerto Calero

The high-quality Villa Puerto Calero was completed in 2019 and consists of two separate units. They are located in a beautiful, quiet road parallel to the promenade of the Marina Puerto Calero. The frisky architecture of the two houses stands out from the monotony of the other villas in the area. The advantages of house B are the magnificent sea view from the upper terrace and the direct access to the pool from the garden level. House A is the rear house. From the small terrace at the entrance one has a partial sea view from house A. Both houses offer ample space for privacy and share a well-kept garden. Both houses have two double rooms sharing a bathroom. The bathrooms have barrier-free shower-baths, so that also disabled guests can spend their vacation here without restrictions. The villas Puerto Calero are built with great attention to detail, high quality materials and state-of-the-art technical equipment to provide all the comforts for a relaxing holiday. In both houses there is a special ceiling cooling instead of air conditioning for a comfortable room climate. For the cooler days underfloor heating is available.
House B has a private pool accessible from the garden. The pool area is equipped with sun beds. Access to the sauna and hobby room is directly from the pool area. The pool area is designed as a meeting point and communal recreation area for both houses.

The villas can be booked separately (up to 4 persons) or together (from 5 persons). If you decide to book only one of the villas, the other one will of course not be rented to anyone else during your stay. The pool and the hobby room are therefore available for your exclusive use in any case. Thus, house A remains closed if you rent house B exclusively for 4 people.

The marina is only 400 meters away and can be easily reached on foot. Here you will find various shopping possibilities as well as restaurants and cafés. Submarine safaris can also be booked at the marina to enjoy the best underwater experience on Lanzarote. Along the sea there are beautiful paved promenades with benches illuminated at night. Small bathing bays and a water sports centre are within 7 minutes walking distance.
