Art Lodge

The Art Lodge offers 14 rooms and suites of different categories with 1 or 2 bedrooms and a family suite with kids-bedrooms. The lodge lies in the middle of the picturesque countryside of the Kärnter Nockberge at 1.058 m above sea level on a 16.000 sqm poverty. It is an exclusive locality in a region, which has preserved the charme of the former time. In winter this lodge can only be rented as complete holiday home whereas in the summertime it is operated as a boutique hotel. The structure is almost 300 years old and nowadays it is a combination of traditional ambience, modern design and avant-guard art. The lodge consists of the main house and the barn. In the main house there are livings rooms located in the ground floor and in the first and second floor there are the bedrooms or rather suites. The barn disposes of six more living areas. All in all there is plenty of place for 24 adults and 5 children. The rooms and suites are individual in composition, choice of materials and their furniture. The facilties resemble a high-class standard, such as bathrobes, digital SAT-TV, complimentary DSL-WiFi and drinks from the stage bar, just to mention a few. Leisure facilities comprise of an organically operated pool and a small cottage with sauna and infrared cabine as well as a bicycle-cottage and ski-basement. The restaurant with authentic decoration is based in the main house and offers space for 24 persons. The attractive environment invites foe hiking, biking and also swimming in the beautifel Kärntner Lakes. The ski-regions of Bad Kleinkirchheim and Verditz/Gerlitzen are in a distance of less than half an hour by car. The Top-Ski-Pass, offers access to all slopes all over Kärnten and Eastern Tyrol with more than 1000 slope kilometres. In summer, there are 15 golf courses, mountainbike- and tracking routes at the guests disposal.
