Hawkswood Country Estate has 3 individual villas which can be rented separately or together. The estate is ideally located for easy access to St Andrews with all its facilities and famous golf courses.

The Roundel Retreat is an elegant holiday villa on the estate. It combines thoughtful design with luxury. The Roundel has 2 floors and sleeps 10 people in 5 double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms. The heart of the villa is "The Roundel Room", a spacious, circular room with cosy lounge sofas and dining area. The Roundel Room is enclosed by five large floor-to-ceiling windows offering panoramic views of the beautiful Fife countryside.
The spacious eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances such as a steam cooker, high-quality oven, two dishwashers, two fridge/freezers, microwave, etc. A large dining table is ideal for cosy family meals or for entertaining friends.

The Roundel Retreat offers a bespoke service to suit your requirements. Breakfast and other meals can be prepared and served in the villa. Otherwise, the nearby Peat Inn is home to a Michelin-starred restaurant, while St Andrews offers a wide range of dining options.

The Roundel is the perfect holiday villa for golfers. As well as being close to the St Andrews golf courses, the villa has its own golf short game area, designed and built by a golf professional to create the perfect practice course. With 3 pitching mats, 9 holes and two bunkers, the short game area offers a wide range of options for guests to work on putting and other aspects of their short game. A 270-yard driving range on the Hawkswood Estate adds the finishing touch to this exquisite family and golf resort.
