DESCRIPTION

This luxury penthouse for 12 persons is conveniently situated only a short walk from the Nasserein lift station in St. Anton am Arlberg. It is ideal for a ski holiday with family and friends. The penthouse is located on the top floor of the exclusive chalet completed in 2010 consisting of four apartments. The guests of the penthouse have access to a shared spa area of the chalet on the lower floor comprising a hammam, shower and loungers. The chalet is equipped with a ski room for shared use. Beautifully furnished throughout Penthouse Arlberg offers its guests a cosy atmosphere and high quality equipment. It can be accessed via the lift or the stairs. The impressive, light-flooded living room with a traditional Austrian fireplace comprises several areas and boasts breath-taking views over the mountain scenery. An open plan, fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable dining area are perfect to cook and enjoy meals together. This apartment can be rented on catered or a self-catered basis. The catered option includes champagne reception, breakfast, afternoon tea, dinner, ski instructor on two days, shared driver service within St. Anton.
When catered, the food is prepared by the chef in a separate kitchen on the lower floor of the chalet and then served in the apartment. The minimum rental period is one week/7 nights.
