Villa Stazzu Cannareddu

Villa Stazzu Cannareddu is a typical Costa Smeralda style property, characterized by stone cladding of the facades, dark wood that borders the windows and the old roof tiles. The villa's name is inspired from the nearby Mount Cannareddu and it is located in a prime location, only a short walk from the sea in Sardinia. The large terraces around the villa have wonderful views over the Gulf of Marinella. The garden is decorated with junipers, mastic, myrtle and olive trees and enhanced by spectacular rocks.
Another highlight of the villa is the biodesign outdoor pool with jacuzzi. The pool works with Himalayan salts and low levels of chlorine. A recently developed garden with desertic plants surrounds the pool and the sun bathing area has sea view too, so you can enjoy the sea breeze while enjoying the Sardinian sun. There is private and direct access from the garden to a small sandy beach which is 200 m from the large beach of Marinella.
Local crafts have been used in interior furnishings like famous Cerasarda ceramics produced in factory founded by Aga Khan and works of artists like Andrea Ceroli that have made Porto Rotondo famous. All bedrooms have their own terrace, air conditioning, television and multimedia services.
The Marinella Bay is protected from the NW wind which is the prevailing wind in Sardinia. It contains two marinas where you can rent boats for trips on the coast. Beach of Marinella has 1 km of fine white sand, sailing possibilities, windsurfing schools, restaurants etc.
