Newly built Villa Contrada consists of two buildings, each of which extends over two levels. Both parts of the building are tastefully furnished in a modern, contemporary style and equipped with all technical amenities.
The main villa provides two elegant suites with double bed, sofa area and bathroom with shower/WC on the first floor, the pool level. The upper floor is accessible by an interior staircase as well as by external stairs. Here you will find another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a modern kitchen and the bright living/dining area. Large sliding doors open onto the spacious terrace with outdoor dining area and magnificent sea views.
The annex consists of a living room with kitchenette, a small single bedroom and a bathroom on the first floor, while there is another double bedroom with private bathroom upstairs.
The nearest restaurants and shopping facilities are only 2 km away in Noto, the sea is only 6 km away and other wonderful beaches such as Calamosche, San Lorenzo and Fontane Bianche can be reached in only 15-30 minutes by car. Villa Contrada is also ideally located to visit the beautiful towns of Noto, Syracuse, Palazzolo Acreide, Modica, Scicli and Ragusa, as well as the nature reserves of Vendicari and Cavagrande del Cassibile.
