DESCRIPTION

Domaine de L'Abbaye is located by the sea with direct access to the beautiful sandy beach of Deauville. The center of Deauville with all restaurants, stores and the local market is only a few minutes away.
The property consists of two villas in a 2-hectare park with various terraces, lawns, barbecue area, children's playground and tennis court. The Norman style brick and half-timbered villas were originally built in the mid-19th century and carefully renovated in 2021/2022. In the process, the villas were equipped with all luxuries and amenities for the highest comfort of the guests. Domaine de L'Abbaye is rented only as a whole estate with both villas. In total, the villas can accommodate up to 30 adults and 7 children in 15 double rooms and smaller bedrooms and are ideal for vacations with the extended family or group of friends and also for events and corporate seminars. Domaine de L'Abbaye offers an exceptional setting between tradition and modernity, conducive to rest and conviviality.
The villas are fully equipped and stylishly furnished. A heated 11m indoor pool, fitness area with sauna, Jacuzzi with sea view, a home cinema, table tennis and table football, a children's playground and a tennis court allow a variety of activities for all tastes, ages and weather conditions.

For corporate clients, various rooms can be converted into seminar rooms. And for team building there are not only many possibilities on the estate and the beach, but also a variety of exciting activities in the region.
