Villa Helios

The newly built beach villa Helios is situated directly on the beach in a prime location and just a few metres from the crystal-clear waters of Kissamos Bay. The view of the sea and the two peninsulas that stretch out into the Aegean Sea in the north-west of the island of Crete is wonderful. Guests of the villa can enjoy the sound of the sea from the terrace or on a walk along the pebble and sandy beach on the doorstep. The terrace also offers all-day sun around the pool. A shady pergola and a cosy dining table invite you to dine al fresco.
Villa Helios is a semi-detached house that forms a single unit with Villa Tea Thalassa. Both houses have their own style and privacy and are separate from each other, but can be connected if required. For larger groups of up to 17 people, both villas can be rented together.

Villa Helios sleeps 12 guests in 6 bedrooms. The villa is modern with large windows that fill the rooms with light and is furnished in a minimalist style. Clean lines, high-quality furniture in combination with natural colours and materials such as local limestone and wood ensure luxurious comfort and a relaxed feel-good ambience.

Villa Helios is an ideal base from which to explore western Crete, whether by boat to Gramvousa or Balos, dining at local fish tavernas, visiting nearby beaches such as Falasarna or exploring the island's gorges and archaeological sites.
