DESCRIPTION

Castiglione Ugolino is located in a unique position on the top of a hill over the Tiber valley, with breathtaking views over fields, rolling hills, olive groves and vineyards. This ancient castle and adjoining church date back to the 11th century and have been renovated and converted into a luxury villa. It is a perfect location for unforgettable events and weddings.
Vaulted ceilings, reclaimed terracotta tiles floors, 13th century frescos, travertine marble stairs create a unique home. Castiglione Ugolino harmonizes modern comfort with traditional materials.
The impressive church of Santa Maria Maddalena which is adjacent and connected to the main villa is completely adorned with hand-painted decorations. It has a unique setting to celebrate romantic and memorable moments and wedding ceremonies.

The panoramic terrace offers gorgeous views and guests can enjoy wonderful outdoor dining. Due to the unique position of this property, the sunset view offered enables guests to enjoy sunset drinks while relaxing on the outdoor furniture provided under the pergola. Sunbeds are available around the pool.

To reach the villa there are 3 kms of winding asphalt road. Please note that the roads are occasionally steep, so they are not suitable for low-height cars or sport cars.
