Casa Santa Lucia is situated on a hillside in a quiet, green landscape, only 3 km away from the historical center of Cefalù. The vacation villa is surrounded by a lush garden of 5.000 sqm with pines, oak trees and junipers. It´s stylish furnishing with antiques is tasteful. The ceilings with wooden beams and the terracotta floors create a very comfortable atmosphere. All of the 4 bedrooms on the first floor are spacious and furnished with antique cupboards. The original bedframes made of wrought-iron are a special rarity. On the frontside Casa Santa Lucia is surrounded by roofed terraces, partly with stunning seaviews. The outdoor kitchen and further terrraces, furnished for outdoor dining are situated on the backside of the villa. The cosy attic on the second floor has a separate entrance. One of the two terraces offers beautiful views of the sea.
