Villa Tiffany

Villa Jardin Grimaud is a lovely Provencal property which is located on a hilltop with very close proximity to the village of Grimaud. The villa has a big garden with a large pool to enjoy beautiful relaxing moments.
Accomodation is arranged on two floors which are flooded with light and tastefully furnished. French windows, terracotta floors and an attractive beam ceiling are characteristics of the interior decoration. The living area (lounge) with two large comfortable sofas, wooden bookcases and glass cabinet has French doors opening onto the terrace and garden. An archway leads to the dining area, which is seperated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar. On the ground floor is also a seperate room at the back for grocery storage and laundry, where also a seperate freezer is placed. To the other side of the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with French windows and direct access to the pool and terrace area.
The spacious master bedroom is on the 1st floor which has a covered terrace. This bedroom is open plan with its bathroom. On the 1st floor are 2 other double bedrooms both with en-suite shower and washbasin. These bedrooms share a guest toilet on the landing.
The attractions in Port Grimaud and St Tropez are only a short drive away.
