Spacious Villa Lantana is located directly by the sea close to Talamone with own access to the beach. Talamone is a charming coastal village lying on a small promontory overlooking the Gulf of Argentario on one side and the Maremma Nature Park on the other side. Villa Lantana is surrounded by a well-kept and park-like garden with flowers, hedges, a lawn and trees. The property is gradually sloping down towards the sea. On the last level, there is a prefabricated pool, which is accessible by a wooden platform. It offers beautiful panoramic views on the sea. Next to the pool, there is a gate leading to the beach that usually is sparsely frequented. The villa is well and comfortably equipped with Mediterranean furniture. It extends over two floors. Daily service is included in the villa's rate. Occasionally, the owner lives in a separate apartment with own entrance in a wing of the villa.
