DESCRIPTION

Villa Portonovo is situated on the hills of Civitanova in Marche and 10 minutes away from the seaside. The villa is surrounded by a park and lush garden with a private pool offering a wonderful seaview.

The exclusive villa extends over 3 floors. The large and bright living room on the ground floor has huge sliding windows which can be opened to enjoy stunning views of the garden and sea. An exquisitely refined, stylish and modern design with attention to detail spreads out across the entire villa. Every part of the house was designed to ensure a comfortable stay for 12 persons.

Villa Portonovo's gorgeous spa with jacuzzi and sauna as well as the private gym offer full relaxation to guests. All 3 bedrooms on the first floor and the 3 bedrooms on the second floor have access to terrace or balcony and are equipped with private TV and air conditioning. On the third floor, a comfortable loft with private bathroom and double bedroom provides extra space for staff or babysitter.

The pool is heated up to a temperature of 22 degrees centigrade and included in the rental price. Temperatures exceeding this can be arranged upon supplemental cost.

Civitanova has a wide range of restaurants, bars and clubs and during the summer period many events take place in this town. The exclusive Villa Portonovo is ideal for pleasant moments with family and friends to enjoy every comfort and maximum privacy.
