As the name suggests, Villa Riviera del Conero lies in a perfect location in the Conero Riviera directly on the coast with a wonderful sea view. It is a modern, luminous villa with panoramic terraces and lots of outdoor space to enjoy the sun, sunrises and sunsets.

The Italian garden full of plants, flowers and precious trees has also an open-air gym with Technogym equipment, a fountain, gazebo and hammock which all offer the guests plenty of relaxation possibilities. The private pool equipped with upstream swimming function has also a transparent view from the horizontal side. The relaxation area beside the swimming pool is arranged on multi-levels with a wide choice of sun beds and sofa seats.

The Gazebo in the garden is uniquely custom-designed for Villa Riviera del Conero by architect Carlo Beer. It’s fully rotatable in order to offer the best view over the Conero Riviera and the garden. The outdoor dining table placed in the terrace is suitable for 10 guests.

The generous living room is furnished with contemporary and customized furniture and modern works of art. The minimalist touches in the decoration are combined with every attention to detail so as to ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the villa. The refinement and sublime quality of this villa makes it no doubt among the the most exclusive properties of Central Italy. The living room has an amazing view of the garden, the pool and sea from any angle of the living space. Besides the generous living space and seats, there is a dedicated dining area for 8 people. Seperated by the fireplace in the living room, in a secluded area, is also a private office with the magnificent view of the coast.

The kitchen is seperated from the living zone and is fully equipped. There is also a two-zone wine cellar.

The master bedroom is on the top floor and has direct access to 2 terraces with garden and sea view. The bathroom of the master bedroom is completely covered with white onyx. The spacious double walk-in wardrobe completes the space available for the guests. The master bedroom is separated from the rest of the house with an armoured door. On the private terrace there is an outdoor bathtub Jacuzzi which can accommodate up to 4 pax.

On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms. These rooms have private bathroom and relaxation area. On the intermediate floor there are 2 bedrooms characterized with pink girly decoration. The rooms are coordinated to each other and they have private bathrooms and the forest view. On the underground floor there is a modern SPA zone with Finnish sauna, shower stall, bathroom and relaxation area, with its own separated entrance from both the outside and the inside of the villa.

The beach in Passetto can be reached easily by car or by bicycle and also on foot (2 km).
