Villa Rose

Villa Rose is one of three exceptional villas of Pandawa Cliff Estate on Bali’s southernmost tip - a hidden paradise overlooking the Indian Ocean from its stunning cliff-top setting.
Four-bedroomed Villa Rose is thoughtfully designed as an ideal family villa, especially when coupled with its sister cliff-top villa, The Pala, it’s hard to imagine a more perfect setting for a wedding or other special celebration.
All rooms are bright, high ceilinged and grand in their scale and are finished in marble, teak and glass, while furnishings are carefully chosen and positioned to create elegant and soothing spaces.

The villa is laid out over two floors with nearly every room offering stunning ocean views. The villa is entered on the upper floor. On either side of the entrance foyer is a bedroom and a staircase leading down to ground level. Straight ahead, a wide doorway opens towards the semi-open-air lounge. The ground floor layout reflects the upper floor, with two further bedrooms at the back and a bright glass-enclosed dining room and sitting area at the front. Between the bedrooms there is a TV lounge that leads into the villa’s kitchen.

Altogether, the 3 villas Villa Rose, Villa The Pala and Villa Marie offer 16 double bedrooms. A service team of 40 employees is available to create a perfect place for a wedding or other events on the Padawa Cliff Estate. The 3 villas share a sports centre (with squash and tennis courts), spa and gym. Three 7-seat-busses are at the guest’s disposal to explore the isle o the gods.

The crystal clear, reef-protected waters and white sands of Pandawa Beach lie immediately below the estate and can be reached via a new road that cuts down through the cliff. Only slightly further afield is the sacred sea temple of Uluwatu, the New Kuta Golf Club, several beach bars and the many fine-dining and seafood restaurants of Jimbaran and Nusa Dua.
