DESCRIPTION

Villa Calvi is 250m2 and next to the beach, with pool, jacuzzi, huge terrace, and five ensuite bedrooms. It offers a panorama of the Mediterranean with a large open view of the Gulf of Revellata which is a joy to behold from the first floor living space. The fantastic location is rare and enables guests to reach the centre of Calvi and the port with a 15 min. walk.
The villa is located on a private estate with high-class villas (one under construction below the house).
The glass doors in the living room brings the outdoors in and let you bathe in the light and warmth of gorgeous authentic jewel of Corsica: Calvi.
The living space is immaculate white and has luxurious living and dining rooms, and an ultra-modern open kitchen. The master suite and bathroom are further along, also leading out to the terrace.
The garden level wing of Villa Calvi leads out to the infity pool. The other four bedrooms are on this level. Three of them have ensuite shower rooms. The dormitory room for children has four single beds and an ensuite bathroom.
The Douaniers path also allows you to walk to the beach of Alga, which offers a wild setting and transparent water. The combination of sea, culture, and nature make the area the ideal destination for family vacations. There are great reasons to visit – the quality of the water for swimming, the beauty of the beaches, the wealth of its natural and architectural heritage, the diversity of leisure activities available, but also the lovely climate!
This property is offered by Squarebreak Homes, for whom we act as agent. The rental contract is based on the terms and conditions of Squarebreak.
