Villa Agnella

Right in the heart of this countryside, but a close drive to these hilltowns and Siena, the villa Agnella is a sophisticated new retreat that is a hybrid between an elegant private villa and stylish country inn, where laidback luxury, privacy and personal attention are the primary focus.
The four acre property features outdoor dining areas, an infinity pool overlooking the valley and spacious guestrooms with sweeping views, modern furnishings, air-conditioned guest rooms and luxurious linens.
The property sleeps 16 adults and 3 children comfortably. There are 7 double rooms in the main house and 1 suite in a stand alone stone cottage about 15 meters away from the main house. There is a shaded outdoor dining area with views over the wide valley. This has a wood decking floor, a bar with a sink and long wood tables that seat up to 20. There are also two soft outdoor sofas.
By the pool is a large shaded, rain-proof pergola. This has wood decking and also has a bar with a refrigerator that is kept stocked by the staff with wine, soft drinks, water and beer. There is a card table here with games, yoga mats and blankets, an I-Pod dock, and a soft sofa. Pool towels are included and replaced by the staff each day.

All rooms have self-controlled air conditioning/heating, a private bathroom with a large shower, pull down mosquito screens in all the windows and great views. There are no TVs in the bedrooms in the main house but there is one in the main common area and one in the Pig Sty Suite.

The property is reached by a 3km bumpy dirt road in between Chianciano, Montepulciano and Pienza. The road up to the property is not appropriate for low clearance cars. The price includes daily service, daily breakfast of fresh fruit, smoothies, fresh squeezed orange juice, yogurt, local pastries and organic cereals , unlimited bottled water, soft drinks and coffee/tea,
high speed internet access on an open wi-fi network as well as access to a laptop and printer, satellite TV, access to the private chef for meals, charged at a flat rate per person per meal, all meals for children under 7, access to owners personal wine collection and pay only for what you drink, personal laundry and full time access to English speaking concierge to help arrange activities.
