Villa Seabreeze is located on the south side of the island of Vis, a jewel in the Mediterranean Sea off the coast of Split. It is just a few steps from the sea and a short stone stairway leads down to a private boat and bathing jetty. The property and the inner courtyard (atrium) are hardly visible from the street and from the neighbours. The property offers a high degree of intimacy and is very discreet. On the large terrace, between the summer kitchen, the main house and the swimming pool you are completely undisturbed by strange views. The villa is completely immersed in a flowering Mediterranean garden and offers a magnificent view of the surrounding islands, the surrounding area and, in clear weather, even the Italian coast. Villa Seabreeze is very well equipped and comfortably furnished with Mediterranean furniture. It has two floors and a separate pavilion in the main house. On the ground floor there is a double room with private bathroom and the living/dining area with open kitchen and access to the covered veranda. On the upper floor there are three double rooms with private bathroom, two of them with shower/WC, one with tub/WC. A few steps away from the main house there is a separate guesthouse/pavilion with double bedroom and shower/WC. The summer kitchen with barbecue and dining area is covered and open to the sea, but can be closed by a roller blind in case of wind or rain. From the terrace some steps lead down to the pool. The pool can be heated by a heat pump and can therefore also be used in the early and late seasons. Stylish deckchairs and lounge furniture invite you to relax and enjoy the water. The garden of the villa is Mediterranean planted and surrounded by a stone wall. Vegetables and citrus fruits can be harvested by the guests of the villa. The bay of Milna with its sandy beach and restaurant is only a few minutes walk away. The island capital Vis with all shopping facilities and markets is 9 km away. The island of Vis can be reached by ferry from Split in two hours.
