First floor: 1 double bedroom with double-bed and 170x170 cm round tub with hydromassage and 1 bathroom with shower/WC en-suite - 1 double bedroom with double shower and double wash basins/WC en-suite – between these 2 bedrooms 1 elegant lounge with little southfacing terrace

Central part:
Groundfloor: Large loft - 1 Tuscan style dining kitchen with all modern amenities and large table for 12 persons – round stairs to mezzanin with French doublebed - 1 double bedroom with bathroom with tub with hydromassage/WC.

Right wing:
Groundfloor: 1 living room with fireplace – 1 small service kitchen with all modern amenities - 1 doubleroom with ensuite shower/WC

First floor:
1 double bedroom with bathroom double shower/WC

DESCRIPTION

Villa Romantica is an old, Tuscan country style residence at the foot of Pienza which was recently restored into a beautiful 6-bedroom villa with ensuite bathrooms. Great care was taken by the owners and the architect to retain the atmosphere of the tuscan country house: out-of-window windows, works of art from stone, hand painted tiles, old oak wood floors and hand-made fish hooks. Villa Romantica generally resembles the wild and unspoiled impression of the surrounding landscape. Of course, the villa has all modern amenities to guarantee a relaxed and pleasant vacation: Air condition in all rooms, central heating, screen windows, high-speed WiFi - Internet as well as fully equipped kitchens. The pool is long and narrow (4 x 18 m), enclosed by travertine marble and the adjoining banks are planted with agapanthus, lavender and white roses. The success of the early stages of the project Barbara & Sabrina credit to their architect, who understood the minds of the local planners. He managed to repair the roof and walls and install extra windows and doors to recreate an exterior which from a distance looked not dissimilar to the original ruin. The windows are deliberately out of alignment. The stone work is similarly random. The window frames are brown. The pool is long and thin shaped like an ornamental lake and great for serious exercise. The adjoining banks are prettily planted with agapanthus, lavender and white roses but the overall impression is wild and unspoilt in sympathy with the surrounding landscape. The Villa Romantica provides more than just an upmarket accommodation for your stay in Tuscany. The owners are always at your disposal to arrange anything you may wish and provide you with a comprehensive guide on various famous sites and places worth wining & dining. The holiday home is accessible on a 500 m long dirt road which is not suitable for lowered cars. Villa Romantica is located 3 km from the town of Pienza.
