Impressive Villa Contessa is set in a hidden position below Mt. Montaione, overlooking Ischia's most exclusive areas with incredible views on the sea. This prestigious and luxurious property, which belonged to a well-known Contessa with relation to the English royal family, is divided into four different units: Two main villas Contessa and Marilena for five and six persons each, one comfortable suite O'Padrone for two persons and the annexe Capri also for four persons. All villas and the suite are bright, their furnishing, styling and location is individual. Villa Contessa features an elegant, Venetian furnishing with antique terracotta and marble tiled floors. Antique pieces and stylish furniture have been harmoniously combined. Villa Marilena is decorated in a simpler and more modern style with white floors and walls; all rooms have access to a terrace. The suite O'Padrone and the annexe Capri are also modernly furnished and painted in white shades. The four units of the villa complex are all located in the garden on different levels, linked by stairs and paths. The property's meeting point in the outdoor area is the lovely pool, surrounded by lush vegetation, offering a beautiful sea view. The property has a spacious, roofed patio, an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and pizza oven, several furnished terraces with dining and sitting areas for enjoying and relaxing. There is a separate annexe for the staff that prepares breakfast and is at guests' disposal 6 mornings a week. The property can only be rented as entire complex, depending on the number of guests some units will remain closed. The villa has a semi-private sea access in a distance of 1.5 km. 50 steps lead from the parking space down to a lido with restaurant, bar and pool. Lounge chairs and umbrellas can be rented at an extra fee. Ischia Porto with restaurants and shops is 2 km away. Famous Negombo Thermal Park is about 3 km; other beautiful Thermal Parks can be found all around the island. Day tours to Capri or Procida are highly recommended.
