Villa Sperone

Located in a private resort in a brief distance from the 10th hole of the World famous Sperone Golf, the holidayvilla is situated on 2500m² of land. The holidayhome is based on two levels and has 5 Roms and 5 bathrooms.The villa is also five minutes walk to golf clubhouse, and its panoramic restaurant. There is a sandy beach only five minutes walk away from the villa. You also have the possibility of renting a zodiac or a sailing boat in the marina Pianterella that is right outside the resort. The main gate brings the clients to the upper terrace covered partially for lunch and dinner. The interior and exterior spacious living areas, are comfortable and welcoming, and offer the facilities to live in and outdoor all the day. The large terrace is equipped with a typical teak table that seats 12 people with, as background the Mediterranean Sea.  The terrace is connected with dining room, and living room through large sliding glas doors. The living room with fireplace is a mix of contemporary furniture and antique items. The sitting area is facing a large bay window with a view on the Costa Esmeralda and the islands. The dining room equipped with an old walnut table and matching chairs (can seat up to 12) faces the breathtaking panorama of the Mediterranean sea. The villa has two fully equipped kitchens. One in the dinning room with a sophisticated bar, (American sink, professional oven), and a second one, on the floor below.
The garden, with cypress trees, bougainvillea and Corsican native ‘maquis’ nestling amongst the rocks, merges imperceptibly into vineyards and olive groves surrounding it.
At the lower east terrace, covered with olive groves; the chaise longue invite you for relaxation. Further, the patio is set with outdoor furniture where you can gather and enjoy a cocktail.
The shaded parking for 4 cars is located on property's backyard.
