The old farmhouses are renovated in accordance with their peasant origin, with terracotta floors and exposed beams, while ensuring maximum comfort and relaxation. The fields surounding the Fattoria San Lorenzo are used for experimenting new types of seeds and the electricity that feeds the apartments is produced by a biomass plant.

Il Pozzino consists of eight cozy holiday homes of different sizes and one excusive villa la Viletta seperate from the main building. You you can enjoy the best of Maremma and your privacy in a large green oasis, among field of wheat, olive trees and paths for walking or biking. All holiday apartments in Il Pozzino are of superior category, spacious, bright and decorated in the interior in warm and soft tones, furnished with antique furniture and fine finishes that reflect the typical Tuscan country villas. Il Pozzino is 800 meters away from the main building where reception and restaurant are located. You can reach the main building by a private internal country road.

Inside the Fattoria San Lorenzo you can find the also Livia Restaurant (60 guests indoor and 40 guests in outdoor veranda), ideal for tasting Tuscan dishes and home specialties. You also have shopping possibility of artisan local products of Maremma like vegetables in oil, own produced jams, local wines and extra virgin olive oil.
