Villa Mediterranea is a stylish former farmhouse with fantastic views of the Mediterranean Ocean and is located at the Northern coast of Sicily. The spacious villa is surrounded by a property of 10.000 sqm and is well set up for summer living, A beautiful garden with olives, oranges and other Mediterranean trees means plenty of shade on hot sunny days. Around the pool is a wide terrace with built-in loungers for relaxing in the sunshine or shade while admiring the views of the sea.
The main villa has three bedrooms and a self-contained guest house has a further two bedrooms, sleeping a total of 10. Each room has a different style with paintings and interesting artefacts thoughtfully placed throughout the house.  The main living space is welcoming and comfortable. The ground floor of the main villa has a kitchen, dining area and living room, all open planned with a barrel vaulted ceilings and a combination of white, light stone and exposed brickwork walls. Upstairs the three well-furnished bedrooms share two bathrooms.  The guest house has its own kitchen, dining and living area as well as two double bedrooms and is as well- furnished and styled as the main villa.
Bars and cafés can be found in the neighbouring villages. Large shops, boutiques and top quality restaurants in Cefalu can be reached within 10 minutes by car. Also the beaches around Cefalu can comfortably be reached by car within a couple of minutes.
