Villa Fasanella lies on the slope above of Gardone Riviera at the west bank of Lake Garda with a stunning view over the lake. It is surrounded by a large, neat and closed garden with mediterranean plants. You have a fantastic look at the vivid activities on the lake from your generous terrace. The 5 x 10 m pool with hydromassage invites to bath and relax. Villa Fasanella is newly renovated, high quality parquet, bright walls combined with selected interiour decoration in the style of the 70ies create a warm ambience. The floor-length windows offer a bright light in the villa and a stunning view over Lake Garda.
The Villa extends over two levels and a basement/raised ground floor, it offers space for 8 people and 2 children. On the ground floor is a generous living room with dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, a twin bedroom with tub/WC. On the first level are four bedrooms: three double bedrooms and one small room with a bunk bed for children.
The beach is 300 meters away. An other public beach with parking lot is next to the Ristorante Casino in Gardone Riviera, reachable within 5 minutes by car. After refreshing in the lake we recommend a visit in the Ristorante, with its beautiful terrace. The chef spoils his guest with fantastic italian cuisine.
