DESCRIPTION

If you love the sea, this holiday villa will be the perfect place for you. The views from all of the rooms are stunning. The villa is located on a cliff and it offers a great panoramic views. The rooms are split-level on three levels. There are two suites on the pool level have, which have no direct access to the house, but via the pool terrace. The well-kept interior of the villa, combined with the harmonious color scheme and the stylish decoration reflects the owners' good taste. The technical equipment is state of the art. High-quality kitchen appliances, WiFi, satellite TV in many rooms, hand-made brass faucets and many more details. At the pool, there are teak sun loungers and parasols and next to the pool, there is an al fresco kitchen with barbecue and a table seating 12 persons. To Scala, where the port is and many shops and supermarktes, you will only need about 10 minutes by car. To Chora with the renowned Monastery of Saint John, it will also take you only 5 to 10 minutes by car. The island of Patmos offers, besides the world famous monastery, many sights, chic shops, excellent restaurants and numerous beaches with clear water.
