This charming holiday villa is set in a quiet urbanisation in a few minutes walking distance from the center of the picturesque town of Mougins. It overlooks the beautiful landscape surrouding the well maintained garden of 3000 sqm with a vast variety of Mediterranean plants. A spacious outdoor kitchen with al fresco dining area is doubtless the center of daily life in summer. Next to it there is a generously-sized swimming pool with jet stream and fitted with the latest in modern pool equipment, i.e. chlorine free water. A heat pump was installed in 2013 and it enables using the pool from April througout October. When constructing this holiday home, comfort and high quality were the owner's main concern. The floors have been layed out with polished terracotta tiles and an underfloor heating system was installed. The marble bathrooms were equipped with twin wash basins, towel heaters and large mirrors. The WCs are separated from the bathrooms. The five bedrooms all have walk-in closets and very comfortable bedding with TRECA matraces. One bedroom with adjoining shower is located in the ground floor and it has direct access into the garden. The other bedrooms in the upper floor have been individually decorated in color and style. The large master bedroom additionally has it's own terrace. Cooking will be more than a pleasure when using the indoor kitchen, which is fully fitted with modern equipment. The huge lounge, lovingly furnished in Provencal style, has a fireplace to spend cosy evenings in spring and autumn. An utility room with washing machine and dryer is located in the cellar. A cleaning lady is on hand to support the guests twice a week. The golf court "Royal Mougins" lies within 2 kilometers distance.
