DESCRIPTION

Villa Mirador is situated directly at the golf club Costa Adeje in the south of Tenerife with a beautiful, unspoilt view of the golf course and the Atlantic Ocean. The fishing village La Caleta, the shopping centre Plaza del Duque with numerous restaurants and shops as well as the nearest sandy beach can be reached in 5 to 10 minutes by car.
The villa is furnished in a modern country house style and extends over 2 floors. On the ground floor there is the living/dining room and the fully equipped kitchen. A staircase leads up to the bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean. In the basement of the villa there are 3 additional bedrooms, 2 of which have sliding doors leading out to a sun terrace in the basement. The outside area of the villa with its terraces with comfortable lounge furniture and dining table invites you to relax and to enjoy al fresco dining. The pool area with wooden terrace is equipped with sunbeds, sunshades and an outdoor shower. The pool can be heated on request at extra charge. Villa Mirador is a non-smoking property.
