DESCRIPTION
Villa Lonchio has a panoramic setting in the hills of Florence with beautiful views of the Arno valley to the mountains of Prato Magno and the chianti area. Florence can be reached within approx. 15 minutes by car. The holiday villa is surrounded by an estate of 10 ha with olive groves. A pool with saltwater purification system, a covered, furnished terrace and a well-kept lawn invite to relax, to refresh in the pool or to enjoy a delicious meal.
Villa Lonchio has only recently been renovated and is furnished in rustic Tuscan style. It offers space for 6 guests in 3 bedrooms, all with own bathrooms. The spacious and bright bedroom on the ground floor has direct access to the garden and is separated from the day area by a frosted glass sliding door . The first floor features two additional bedrooms with shower/WC. One of them is built into the mezzanine facing the living area. The next restaurants and shopping facilities are in San Donato, 1.5 km away. Florence can be reached within around 15 minutes by car. Villa Lonchio's location is ideal to explore the interesting sights of Tuscany.
Smoking is not permitted in the villa.
