Villa Lucia is located in a residential area on the Coda Cavallo Peninsula close to San Teodoro and in walking distance to a beautiful beach and the Laguna of Salina Bamba. It belongs to a private complex of building comprising 5 private, detached holiday villas. Villa Lucia is set on the edge of the building complex and is surrounded by a large, well-kept garden with hedge. Villa Lucia was built a few years ago in traditional Sardinian style using local materials and is furnished in Mediterranean country house style. It has two levels and offers space for up to 9 people in 5 bedrooms. The ground floors features a spacious living-/dining room with sofa area. Large glass doors lead to the beautiful covered terrace with magnificent views of Salina Bamba and the turquoise blue ocean. Both double bedrooms on the ground floor have a bath with shower/WC en-suite.
Since the villa is slightly elevated, the lower level has daylight, too. There are 2 more double bedrooms, 1 twin, 3 bathrooms, an extra living room with kitchenette and a separate entrance through the garage. Thus, Villa Lucia is ideal for two families wanting to have some privacy.
The next shopping facilities and restaurants are in the neighbourhood just a short stroll away. Several sandy beaches can be reached in the surrounding within a couple of minutes by car.
