Villa Alessia

Villa Alessia is located in the front row to the sea just a short stroll to the sandy beach of Porto Coda Cavallo, offering beautiful views of the Laguna of Salina Bamba and the Mediterranean Sea. It is part of a villa complex of 5 detached private villas, each surrounded by a well-kept garden with pool, covered terrace with barbecue and a lawn.
Villa Alessia was newly built a few years ago. Typical Sardinian elements, stone and terracotta floors, wooden gables, bright walls and Mediterranean country house furnishing underline the villas comfortable holiday ambience.
In 5 bedrooms, Villa Alessia has space for up to 9 guests. The living-/dining area with fully equipped country house kitchen on the ground floor offers beautiful sea views. Two stairs lead up to the sleeping area with 2 double and 1 single bedroom.
The villa's ground floor is slightly elevated, thus, the lower level has windows with daylight, too. From the open living room with dining table and kitchenette outdoor stairs lead up to the garden. One of the double bedrooms on the ground floor has no window.
The next restaurant and shopping facility are in walking distance. San Teodoro with all facilities can be reached within 15 minutes by car. In the close surrounding there are more beautiful sandy beaches offering all kinds of water sports.
