The exclusive Villa La Roccia is located above Porto Cervo, nestled in the hills of Pantogia, which offer a wonderful view of the bay and the beach of Pevero. The villa can accommodate six people ideally. It was built 20 years ago and recently extensively renovated: large oak windows, new flooring, elegant marble bathrooms and a complete Miele kitchen have made the original charm even more comfortable. All of the three double bedrooms lead directly onto the large terrace with a pool and stunning sea views. All three have a private bathroom. Two of them are en-suite. The third bathroom is across the floor of the bedroom and has a large vanity, a shower, toilet and bidet. In addition there is a utility room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The center of the house is a large living and dining room, which also leads to a terrace. On the back side of the salon there is the small exquisite kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher and two refrigerators (one freezer is in the pantry). Through a door one reach a shady place to have breakfast. Flowers and plants are autmatically irrigated. The property has several sun- and living spaces on the seaside: first of all, the pool area with teak chairs and a large sun deck, also designed with teak. The nearest and beautiful sandy beach is about one kilometer away from the villa, the legendary Porto Cervo is about two kilometers away.
