Casa La Roccia

The exclusive Villa La Roccia is located above Porto Cervo, nestled in the hills of Pantogia, which offer a wonderful view of the bay and the beach of Pevero. The villa can accommodate six people ideally. It was built 20 years ago and recently extensively renovated: large oak windows, new flooring, elegant marble bathrooms and a complete Miele kitchen have made the original charm even more comfortable. All of the three double bedrooms lead directly onto the large terrace with a pool and stunning sea views. All three have a private bathroom. Two of them are en-suite. The third bathroom is across the floor of the bedroom and has a large vanity, a shower, toilet and bidet. In addition there is a utility room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The center of the house is a large living and dining room, which also leads to a terrace. On the back side of the salon there is the small exquisite kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher and two refrigerators (one freezer is in the pantry). Through a door one reach a shady place to have breakfast. Flowers and plants are autmatically irrigated. The property has several sun- and living spaces on the seaside: first of all, the pool area with teak chairs and a large sun deck, also designed with teak. A little higher, another terrace with comfortable lounge furniture and the barbecue, with its spacious open grill and pizza oven. Due to the various levels with unsecured stairs, this holiday villa is not suitable for children less than 8 years of age. A very careful and trustable native housekeeper looks after the property from monday to friday 2 hours each morning, she is included in the price. She speaks english and by request she can prepare breakfast. A short footpath behind the house leads to one of the best restaurants in the area ("I Frati Rossi"). The nearest and beautiful sandy beach is about one kilometer away from the villa, the legendary Porto Cervo is about two kilometers away. Varios supermarkets, small cafes and other shops are approximately three kilometers away in Abbiadori. On the property a covered parking lot offers space for two cars.
