There are three double bedrooms and three bathrooms, a spacious living room with large panoramic windows, flatscreen-TV and home cinema for relaxing evenings on the first floor. The outdoor area offers a pool with sun loungers and a BBQ. Guests of the villa have access to the private beach of Marina del Cantone, which is in a distance of 1.5 km.
