The apartment is light and airy, and has just been cleverly refurbished by its stylish owners - it has an interesting mix of antique and modern furniture and paintings, and is both elegant and comfortable, a very relaxed and easy living sort of apartment. Entrance into a long and luminous hallway, to the right is a sought after terrace and to the left is the spacious sitting/dining room with large windows letting in even more light. The sitting room is a good size and even when seated one is spoilt by the fabulous views onto the Basin of San Marco and San Giorgio. Off the sitting room is the single bedroom and beside the terrace is the king size bedroom (master) and double bedroom. All three bedrooms have their own balconies to step onto and take in the fabulous vistas of Venice. To complete the four bedrooms, there is a further studio with bed. Altogether a great space for families with children or extended groups. The kitchen is very well equipped and also has a breakfast table and benches for extra flexibility. The two bathrooms are new, the smaller one being a shower room and the main bathroom having a shower and a sunken bath.
