This exclusive holiday villa in the traditional Cycladic style is located on a 10,000 sqm plot in the south of the island of Paros. The terrace of the holiday home offers a fantastic panoramic views of the Farangas-bay with a wonderful sandy beach and of the sea. The property consists of the main house and two separate guest houses, which can not be rented separately from the main house. The main house has 340 sqm on three levels. On the ground floor there is a charmingly furnished, open living and dining room and a fully equipped modern kitchen. A hallway leads to a small office, a guest toilet and a double room with shower/WC en-suite. On the first floor there is a double bedroom and shower/WC en-suite. The lower level has two double rooms that share a shower/WC. In addition, there is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Due to the paved terrace in front of the main house there is access to the pool with 11x3,5 m and the two guest houses. They have each 50 sqm and consist of a living room with a kitchenette, a double bedroom with shower/WC en-suite. One has a private terrace whereas the other one features a balcony, both units have stunning views of the sea. The main terrace has different levels and connects the buildings with each other. Featuring a shaded seating area (pergola), a large dining table which comfortably seats 12 people and offers a chill-out lounge it is the jewel and the center of Villa Iokrilia. A staircase leads down to the pool area with sun loungers and parasols. At the covered pool bar you can enjoy a drink and relax. A cleaning lady comes on weekdays to take care of the villa. Shops and taverns can be found in the nearby village of Aliki.
