This working farm was started by Prof. Giuseppe Ragnotti, grandfather of the current owner, at the end of the 1800s. Professor of Anatomy at the University of Perugia. He had a great passion for agriculture, so much so that during the second half of his life he dedicated himself completely to the production of wine and olive oil of the highest quality. For some years, the farm activities fell asleep, until the current owner restarted the olive oil production in 2006. When restoring the structure, four untis were changed into uniqe and contemporary suites. Relaxation is easy in suite no. 1. The grey pallet of the decor blends into light blues interrupted by the occasional refined touch of orange. The chic, contemporary furnishings are well integrated into the structural design which is comprised of a comfortable sitting room with a fireplace, an entrance hall, a bedroom and a spacious bathroom complete with a large shower. A private terrace under the veranda provides a romantic and secluded spot in which to read or eat breakfast in absolute tranquillity, surrounded only by plants and flowers. Grocery stores, shops and boutiqes as well as excellent restaurants are found in nearby Perugia. The next golf course is only some 13 km away. The minimum rental period is 3 nights.
