This luxurious stone villa is located in the village of Kokina at the south-western coast of Syros. A beautiful sandy beach is only 200 metres away, and the house offers stunning views of the bay of Finikas and the sea as far as the islands of Kynthos, Serifos and Sifnos. The private pool (12 x 5 m) is surrounded by a wooden deck with comfortable, upholstered sunbeds. This luxury villa accomodates up to 10 adults and 2 children. It disposes of a large Master suite with kitchenette, two Master bedrooms, a children's bedroom and two twin bedrooms. All bedrooms have an own bathroom. From the various balconies and terraces one can enjoy magnificent views. The cosy, bright furniture and the beautiful decorations make a really special holiday home out of this villa. It offers all amenities like Sat-TV, stereo and DVD-player. In the living room, there is a fireplace. A workstation with PC, internet access and printer is at the guests' disposal as well. The kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, ofen, microwave and washing machine. The closest restaurant is only 500 metres away, and shops can be found in Finikas.
